Hattie Stewart Inspired Makeup

I have been loving Hattie Stewart’s illustrations recently and was inspired to try a design inspired by her designs. I love the bold vibrant colours, and I found they really lend themselves to become facepaint designs.

If you haven’t seen Hattie’s art, then where have you been??? Living under a rock??

She has designed for a huge amount of A list clients including:

Mac Cosmetics, Adidas, House of Holland, Luella, Playboy and Diesel, to name but a few!

She ‘doodles’ her bold graphic designs on top of images to create her own style. I have to say I love it!

Here are some images:

So I decided to try out the famous tears and giant cartoony eyes.

This is what I came up with:

I really liked how it came out and I would love to do another design, but I think next time I might go a bit crazier and cover all my shoulders.

To create this look, I used Snazaroo face paints, Makeup Revolution Salvation Matte Lacquers and Stargazer eye shadow crayons.

So what do you guys think? Any questions or ideas for another facepaint let me know!!

Kiss kiss winks xx
